Key Responsibilities:
· Develop, maintain, and optimize BI dashboards and reports in QlikSense and Tableau .
· Design and manage the reporting infrastructure, ensuring high performance and usability.
· Build and maintain codebases for reporting automation and UI development.
· Work closely with business and technical teams to transform complex data into actionable insights.
· Monitor data pipelines, ETL processes, and data integrity to ensure accuracy and reliability.
· Support KPI tracking and business metrics analysis to enhance decision-making.
· Develop front-end UI components for data visualization dashboards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
· Experience: 6+ years in BI analysis, data analytics, or a related field.
· Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Python/R, QlikSense, and Tableau (optional).
· BI & Reporting Expertise: Strong knowledge of data visualization, dashboard creation, and business reporting.
· Codebase & Automation: Ability to build and maintain reporting pipelines for automated insights.
· Data Modeling: Understanding of database structures, ETL, and data warehousing best practices.
· Problem-Solving: Ability to identify business trends, detect anomalies, and recommend improvements.
· Excellent Communication: Strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present data insights effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Experience in performance tuning of BI tools and data visualization.
· Familiarity with data governance and security best practices.
· Background in front-end UI development for interactive dashboards.
