Job Title : AWS Architect
Location: Raleigh- North Carolina (Onsite)
Duration : Long Term
AWS architect 10-13 years of overall experience and having an experience of managing /designing /configuring cloud implementation project .
Responsibilities:
- Design and Implement Multiple AWS accounts and Multiple regions with Proper availability Zones.
- Design and Implement core AWS platform architecture, including areas such as:
- Network design and configuration (Multiple VPC?s) ? Subnet, segmentation strategies
- IAM
- Infrastructure-as-a-code (terraform, CloudFormation)
- Storage (S3 and EBS)
- Managing multiple container clusters across both EKS and ECS Compute
- Setting up clusters of containers for applications- AWS ECR for in boundary container registry
- Setting up CloudFront for content delivery
- AWS service configuration on Cloud
- Jenkins deployment server for CI/CD
- Cloud DB Management(managed & unmanaged engines)- Managed and Unmanaged DB engines a. AWS MSK b. Unmanaged Kafka c. MongoDB d. PostgreSQL e. Redshift f. Elasticsearch g. Influx DB . Cassandra DB i. DynamoDB
- Logging and Monitoring (CloudTrail, CloudWatch)
- Organization Account design
- Backup and Disaster Recovery approach and design
- AWS Cost Management and Optimization
Required Skills
- Implementation of AWS project experience is mandatory.
- Experience in designing, planning, and implementing AWS cloud security solutions for hybrid enterprise environments.
- In-depth expertise in AWS Governance and Security best practices
- Hands on experience with cloud service configuration (List of AWS services to deploy and configured in AWS GovCloud. a. EC2, EKS, ECS, ECR, S3 b. RDS, Aurora, DynamoDB c. SES, SQS, SNS d. Elastic ache, Lambda e. ALB/NLB f. WAF, RedShift g. IAM, Secrets Manager, KMS, Systems Manager h. CloudTrail, CloudWatch i. AWS Backup j. EFS, EMR, VPC, Certificate Manager, Code Commit)
- Hands-on experience with centralized logging and monitoring solutions for CloudTrail, Config, Guard Duty, Security HUB, Landing Zone, Lambda, ECS and EKS, WAF, Migration Hub, and SEIM.
- Knowledge in designing, implementing, and managing DevSecOps capabilities in cloud offerings using CI/CD toolsets and automation.
- Experience in managing pipelines and working with tools such as Jenkins, Ansible, and terraform.
- Knowledge of regulatory and compliance frameworks and the requirements underlying each, including ISO, SOX, PCI, FedRAMP and HIPAA
- Terraform Proficiency: Strong skills in writing scalable Terraform scripts for infrastructure provisioning.
- Cisco SDWAN Knowledge, CCNA or Devnet certification
- Tools Knowledge ? Hands on experience on CloudFormation, Terraform, Ansible, Puppet, Jenkins, etc.
