This role will require coordination and proactive outreach to various groups and divisions within the bank and the Combined U.S. Operations (CUSO) entity
General:
• Secretary of the Committees managed by CACIB US Compliance
a. Compliance Management Committee
b. Complex and Sensitive Transaction Committee
c. New Activity Product Committee
d. Other as needed
• Manage the New Activity Product (NAP) process.
• Manage the Complex and Sensitive Transaction (CST) process.
• Serve as the main point of contact for CST and NAP related inquiries in the US.
• Update annually the Compliance Framework document and Governance owned Policies and Procedures, including related Training materials.
• Assist with the management of strategic and regulatory projects.
• Manage follow-up actions related to:
a. Committees
b. Issues (Internal audit, regulatory)
c. NAP
d. CST
• Coordinate routine Management Information System (MIS) reporting with the Compliance Reporting Officer.
