WORKER SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3- 7 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
- Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
- Works under limited supervision with considerable latitude for the use of initiative, independent judgment, and creativity in completing projects with a clear start and stop date.
- Minimum of three (3) years of progressive broad-based information systems, system integration and project delivery experience.
- Experience working with external vendors and/or Quality Assurance efforts.
- Familiarity working with AE network operations center (NOC) and generation management systems (GMS) in interconnecting resources behind the meter and in front of the meter with the ERCOT grid.
- Understands communication protocols for metering and telemetry such as Texas SET/Load Star Exports.
- Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures of interconnection of distributed resources to ERCOT.
- Familiar with Inter -Control Center Communications Protocol (ICCP).
