Role: Production engineer

Need:
· The client is seeing significant growth in the adoption of their product to allow MVNOs to onboard prepaid subscribers based on offered data plans, validate their eligibility and credit checks, and ongoing management of their utilization based on opted-in plans.
· The current implementation has several areas that cause bottlenecks resulting in slowness and bad user experience due to latency and timeout issues.
· Resource plan – Hire 1-2 onshore (US) production engineers with the following skill set to triage, solution and rearchitect the applciation in partnership with a lead solution architect the client has hired.
Job Description:
· Experience deploying and managing scalable solutions in AWS and building DevOps pipelines, comprehensive test automation and monitoring/alerting capabilities.
· Experienced with building and operating AWS native applications that include technologies such ad PHP, memsql, sql server, oauth2, Glacier, and other related tools.
· Capable of owning all operational issues, assessing root cause, bucketing related items and taking a risk mitigated approach to address issues.
· Capable of reviewing architecture, identifying appropriate solutions, and delivering solutions
