Position: Senior Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities:
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders to identify opportunities for process enhancements or system improvements.
Conduct thorough research, data analysis, and interpretation to provide valuable insights and recommendations for strategic decision-making.
Develop detailed business cases, feasibility studies, and impact assessments to support proposed solutions or changes.
Collaborate with technical teams to translate business requirements into functional specifications and ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions.
Facilitate workshops, meetings, and discussions with stakeholders to gather requirements, validate solutions, and drive consensus.
Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and development teams throughout the project lifecycle to ensure successful delivery of solutions.
Perform thorough testing and validation of implemented solutions to ensure they meet business requirements and quality standards.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, contributing to their professional growth and development.
Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to recommend innovative solutions that align with business goals.
Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
Minimum of 8 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate environment.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and generate meaningful insights.
Proficiency in business analysis tools, methodologies, and techniques.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Demonstrated experience in leading and managing projects from inception to completion.
Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Relevant certifications such as CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) or PMI-PBA (Professional in Business Analysis) would be an advantage.
