Senior QA Automation Engineer

Role : Senior QA Automation Engineer

Location :  Plano, TX (Min 8-10 years Exp. Required),

looking exp. with Java script, web driver IO, Mocha, and Typescript with QA Automation

–       Need resource who is currently working as an actual automation code contributor.

–       Any resource with Development background is nice to have.

–       Priority will be for resources who are currently working on Javascript, webdriver IO, Mocha, and Typescript



MUST HAVE

8+ years of proven experience in automation – CLIENT is moving from on-prem to AWS cloud

Object-oriented programming language background prior development background is plus

Selenium/WebDriver; java/Javascript/typescript is fine for development background, Mocha knowledge is a big plus

-80% of the work they will be doing is all UI automation testing



This is typical SDET style QA automation for JPMC

This person should understand the requirement then write automation testing for that

Framework is in place, they need this person to write automation scripts within the framework

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience, preferred.

• 6+ years of experience in building and implementing software automation testing web applications and or client/server applications.

• 6+ years of Automation Testing experience with automation tools such as Selenium, UI testing, Webservices Testing.

• Good knowledge in OOPS programming concepts and experience in programming languages like Java, .NET, JavaScript, and TypeScript.

• Demonstrated skill in using coding standards and being an active participant in code reviews.

• Expert in automation frameworks such as JUnit, TestNG, Selenium

• UI and/or API level test automation expertise

• Experienced in implementing testing and QA frameworks in eCommerce and Web Applications domain using Agile methodologies.

• Experience with high performance websites catering to millions of daily traffic.

• Thorough understanding and hands on experience in developing, enhancing automation testing frameworks.
