Senior Software Engineer — Digital Analytics
This requisition is working for Aquent Studios as a Senior Software Engineer for one of our top clients’ Digital Analytics Capture team. This team is responsible for Adobe Analytics implementation and as well as other Adobe Experience Cloud products and services such as Target, Audience Manager, and Adobe Launch.
The Senior Software Engineer — Digital Analytics will translate business requirements into custom analytics implementations using a combination of custom JavaScript, data layer objects, processing rules, report suite configuration and applicable integrations with other in-house, Adobe, and 3rd party data systems.
Skill Set Requirements:
- 4+ years of Adobe Analytics implementation experience using Adobe Launch or DTM on customer facing multi-national/global web applications
- 4+ years of working knowledge and a strong understanding of JavaScript or similar programming languages
- Must be able to demonstrate technical capabilities within a tag management solution like Adobe Launch, DTM, or Google Tag Manager
- Experience in quality checking analytics and 3rd party tags using developer tools such as Fiddler, Charles, or Chrome Dev tools
Skills that are not required, but are a bonus:
- Experience with multi-site Adobe Visitor ID service implementation
- Experience in at least 2 Analytics implementations (Tag management, pixel deployment, customer journeys, A/B testing)
- Experience in data mapping and quality audit strategies
- Advanced Adobe Audience Manager knowledge and architecture experience
- Experience in Web Services and API development
